Le Gite - 1 bedroom sleeps 2/3 (4 with another cottage)

Le Gîte: Idillic South facing accommodation on one level situated beneath Can Paloumé in its own terrace garden. It’s conversion makes it particularly suitable for year round holidays. The thick 300 year old walls and double glazing keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. Each room faces south: One double bedroom which a choice of twin or double and is large enough for an extra bed when required. It has bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric wall heater, duvets, blankets  and pillows. Linen is provided and the beds are made up and ready for use.
Bathroom has shower, washbasin, wall heater and W.C.
 

The Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, double sink, fridge, electric kettle, coffee-maker and toaster. There is plenty of cupboard space, utensils and dining area with table and chairs.

The Sitting room is pretty and comfortable; it has exposed stone walls with original features, wood panelling, bookshelves, wall lights and a traditional Catalan wood burning stove. There is a double bed-settee for use when Le Gîte is rented with another cottage

Free to air Satellite receiver, TV, VCR and DVD player, broadband WIFI are available as required.

.French windows open into your Private Garden which has a BBQ & furniture for relaxing and dining. There is shade from a large parasol and vine.

From nearby you can hear the the running water of our stream. There is a gate to your entrance and shaded off road parking, steps up to the main pool and  wild flower meadows, full of herbs and butterflies, slope up to 100 acres of private woodland..
