Pyrénéan Cottages - Table d'hôte
We serve a delicious 5 course organic dinner on the vine covered farmhouse terrace. Happy evenings where guests can meet and conversation and wine flows freely. Children invariably rise to the occasion and experience.

Spit roast leg of lamb with aioli or red wine, red currant & fresh mint sauce;
Duck roasted with Sage, Quince & Calvados;
Poulet au Muscat;
Civet de Sanglier - Casserole of wild boar with ceps
Rabbit braised with sherry & garlic
Sea bass roasted with fresh herbs stuffing
Chestnut “Wellington” roasted en croute with wild mushroom sauce;
Walnut croustarde with leeks & red peppers;
All prepared from our own seasonal, organic free-range produce.
Apéritif: Champagne cocktail, Sangria or Banyuls/Muscat
Hors d’oeuvres: -a choice of 3 including home made soup and local artisan charcuterie.

Handmade local cheeses
Home made desserts, choice of 3
Digestif: Port, Armagnac or home made fruit liqueurs.
Served with freshly picked salads, vegetables and local wine.
Reduction for children
Dinner is served at least once a week—usually on Monday evening
I can also supply; simple meals for you to serve yourself: pot roast chicken with vegetables and fresh herbs, Cassolet of duck and local Catalan sausage, home made pizza - choice of toppings
